Naengmyeon is a cold noodle dish made with buckwheat or starch noodles. The noodles are long and springy, so diners often ask for scissors or use the provided scissors to cut them into 2-3 sections themselves. Add vinegar and mustard gradually for mul naengmyeon, and mix bibim naengmyeon thoroughly.
