How to eat here

Vietnamese pho is rice noodles in a clear beef broth. Taste the broth first, then add bean sprouts, cilantro, lime, chili sauce, or hoisin little by little. You can ask to leave out cilantro if you are not used to it. Bun cha and fried spring rolls are dipped in a sweet and sour nuoc cham sauce.
