If the broth tastes lightly seasoned, adjust Dwaeji-gomtang (돼지곰탕) by adding small amounts of salt and pepper, and eat it with rice mixed into the soup. Order Kimchi-mandu (김치만두) alongside Dwaeji-gomtang and alternate bites; don’t add too much seasoning to the broth at once—fine-tune it little by little.
