How to eat here
If the cold buckwheat noodles are too long to handle, use scissors to cut them into 2–3 shorter lengths. For Memil-guksu (메밀국수), adjust the seasoning by adding vinegar and mustard little by little; for Bibim-memil (비빔메밀), mix thoroughly so the sauce coats the noodles evenly. Yurim-myeon is in Jung-gu, Seosomun-dong, and it was selected for the Michelin Guide and featured on Baekban Travelogue with Heo Young-man (식객허영만의백반기행).
