The signature is buckwheat noodles dressed with house-pressed perilla oil. Taste them first without mixing to enjoy the nutty oil and seaweed flakes, then pour in a little of the broth served on the side halfway through. Half portions of boiled pork or meatballs are good for sharing between two. Take care if you have a buckwheat allergy.
