Lunch here is genuinely short

Along Teheran-ro, lunch has to fit inside an hour. Restaurants are built for turnover accordingly, and if you walk out at exactly noon there is a queue everywhere.

Leaving around 11:30 gets you seated without waiting, and after 1pm the pressure lifts again. If you are going as a team, check in advance whether the place takes reservations.
